How do I receive what I buy?

Instantly. After payment, your storage and streaming are added to the Vito account linked to the email you enter at checkout.

What if I enter the wrong email, or do not have an account yet?

Contact us and we will sort it out. If you do not have an account yet, create one in the app using the same email.

Are these subscriptions?

No. All plans are one-time purchases. You will not be charged again.

What payment methods can I use?

International cards (Visa, Mastercard) and Apple Pay, handled securely by our payment provider.

Can I get a refund?

Unused plans can be refunded within 14 days. Please see our Refund Policy.

Is my content private?

Yes. We do not sell, share, or analyze your videos. Please see our Privacy Policy.

Who am I buying from?

Vito is operated by BIGSIAM Technologies Limited, a Hong Kong company. Payments are processed by our authorized reseller.
