Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to plans purchased through the Vito website.

1. Digital products. Plans are digital and are delivered immediately to your account. Because of this, the specific rules below apply.

2. 14-day refund for unused plans. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the plan you bought has not been used, meaning none of its storage and none of its streaming time has been consumed.

3. What is not refundable. A plan is not refundable once any of its storage or streaming time has been used, or after the 14-day window has passed.

4. Immediate delivery and EU withdrawal. At checkout you agree that your plan is made available immediately and that you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery begins. This is required for instant digital delivery and is shown clearly before payment.

5. How to request a refund. Email us with the email used for the purchase and the plan you bought. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

6. Before requesting a chargeback. If something goes wrong, please contact us first. We resolve most issues quickly, and a chargeback can delay the resolution of your case.

7. Processing. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
