This Privacy Policy explains how BIGSIAM Technologies Limited ("we", "us") handles personal data in connection with the Vito service. We follow the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

1. Data we collect. We collect the email address of your Vito account, purchase information (the plan you bought and the date), the videos and files you choose to upload, and basic usage and device data needed to run the service.

2. Your content is private. We do not sell, rent, share, or analyze your videos for advertising or any purpose other than delivering the service to you.

3. How we use your data. We use your data to deliver and support your plan, to add your purchase to the correct account, to provide customer support, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet legal obligations.

4. Payments. Payment is handled by our payment provider, who acts as merchant of record. Your card details are entered with the provider and are not stored by us. The provider processes your payment data under its own privacy terms.

5. Sharing. We share data only with service providers who help us run the service (such as hosting and payment processing), and where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

6. International transfers. Our company is in Hong Kong and our providers may process data in other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

7. Retention. We keep your data while your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes, then delete or anonymize it.

8. Security. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
