Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Vito website and service operated by BIGSIAM Technologies Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong ("BIGSIAM", "we", "us"). By purchasing a plan or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service. Vito is a personal cloud service that lets you back up, stream, and cast your own videos. Plans provide cloud storage capacity and streaming playback time for your account.

2. Eligibility and accounts. You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the service. Your plan is linked to the email address of your Vito account. You are responsible for the accuracy of that email and for the security of your account.

3. Plans and purchases. Plans are one-time purchases. They are not subscriptions and do not renew automatically. The features and limits of each plan are described on the Plans page at the time of purchase.

4. Delivery. Plans are digital and are delivered automatically. Your storage and streaming are added to the account linked to the email you provide at checkout, normally within a few minutes of a successful payment.

5. Pricing and taxes. Prices are shown in US dollars. Any applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout. Prices may change for future purchases, but a change does not affect a purchase already completed.

6. Reseller. Orders may be sold and processed by our authorized reseller, who acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. The reseller handles payment processing and applicable taxes on our behalf. Your purchase remains subject to these Terms.

7. Your content and acceptable use. You are responsible for the content you upload. You must use the service in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate that policy or applicable law.

8. Refunds. Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

9. Intellectual property. The Vito name, website, and software are owned by BIGSIAM. Your videos remain yours. We claim no ownership of the content you upload.

10. Service availability. We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features.

11. Disclaimers. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for keeping your own backup copies of important videos.

12. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BIGSIAM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service.

13. Changes. We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

14. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
